Description

Shares a start with Lessamir and branches up and right. Superb movement right off the deck with a V4 boulder problem to a HUGE resting just. Two more moves lead you into a shallow 2 finger right hand pocket just below the 4th bolt. Pull the bulge and clip the chains. I recommend sticking the first 2 bolts due the fall potential doing the opening boulder problem.

[Hide Comment] On the shorter side of short and sweet, but that never stopped you in central Texas! This route is quite fun and should be on the (local) 12- circuit.

Bring your stick clip!

Notes: there are 4 bolts to sport clips. As of 7/7/2020, the gates on the anchor clips won't stay closed, so bring an extra couple of draws up with you. Belay from the little gully, and consider using a belay anchor if you outweigh your belay by much. Jul 8, 2020

[Hide Comment] The right start (little flakes up to a pocket) is fun, a touch harder than the start under bolt 1 but also better movement IMO.

Coming up to the last bolt I grabbed a crimp up/left from the two finger pocket and ripped a small plate of solid-looking rock off (doesn't feel like it affected the difficulty at all), so be careful of rock quality up high depending on what you grab. Jan 30, 2024
