Sit start a left-facing block and climb up and left over the arete. As burly as you want it to be: with good execution, you can float it; with bad execution, you'll need some muscle and grit.

The top out is a dirty but easy run-up. No worries there so long as you don't slip on leaves or moss. There are a few options for the down climb, including but not limited to firepole-ing down an aspen tree.

One crash pad is fine, but two make it comfy. It's pretty short, so you could get away with an old-school spot and a carpet swath.
