Description

Start about 15 ft right of "Engineer 1872" at the base of a thin crack that arches under the large roof. Jam and/or undercling the crack up to the roof, then follow it left on delicate smears. Finish up the crack/slab to the top. Perhaps another 2 star route at a small crag destined for obscurity, but it is worth trying so long as you don't pull off a loose block or have to wade through spider webs.

V1 (5.5) If you stay low, the climbing drops a couple of grades.

Protection

Small gear mostly between 0.3-1," but a larger piece may help protect the second part
