Anti-Gravity

5.12a, Sport, 30 ft (9 m),  Avg: 3 from 2 votes
FA: Adam Griffith
Utah > W Desert > Oquirrh Mountains > Ophir Canyon > Ganja Wall
Access Issue: All climbing is on private land Details

Description

It's short, but full value, as soon as your feet leave the ground, all the way to the chains. Best rock quality on the wall too. Use a short draw or single carabiner on the very low first bolt, with the second bolt pre-clipped, and unclip first one when they reach the third. The lower bolt helps keep the rope out of your climbers feet and keeps the climbers crotch out of your face if they fall.

Location

Two routes left of 9 ball

Protection

3 Glue-in bolts to chains. With a low rope management bolt.

[Hide Comment] I thought that there were moves on this one harder than Karma up the hill. Maybe I was missing something. Damn good stone though, especially for Ophir! Now if this were only taller! Apr 4, 2020
