The Hinge is a short pitch that packs a punch and offers a less involved and slightly easier finish to The Yellow Door (although not quite as classic). Bring your stiff shoes and your stiff fingers..., and try not to come unhinged!

Climb the first pitch of The Yellow Door (aka The Stoop). From the belay, clip a bolt to the right, and stand on the ledge as per The Yellow Door..., but instead of angling right across the face, head straight up over the small roof and onto the steep slab above.

On the North Face of Seal Rock, climb the first pitch of The Yellow Door (AKA The Stoop), or rap in from the East Face.

8 bolts plus an anchor.
