Description

Pitch 1. Follow 4 bolts to ledge, clip bolt 5, and traverse right to the start of a fun crack (utilize slings on bolt 5 and at the start of the crack). Follow the crack left to its end, and climb the slab above via 3 bolts to the anchor, 5.8.

Pitch 2. Climb the beautiful slab out right via 4 bolts to the anchor, 50 feet, 5.7.

Location

Begin with Emphysema to get off the ground, and do a delicate traverse right to the first bolt.

Rap the route. Use the ring bolt on the ledge 25 feet off the ground on Emphysema or rap to the hillside. Watch your ends.

Protection

P1: 8 bolts and a 2 bolt anchor, 0.5-#3 (double 0.5-1 optional; or large wires) and quickdraws/slings.

P2: 4 bolts and a 2 bolt anchor.
