Description

Start on the short slab below the jagged-looking northeast-facing corner and arete. Enormous books of mica are what forms the jagged features. Step up and right to a line of bolts on the arete. Techy moves up the arete (work onto the right side) lead to better holds at bolt 4. From here, step up and right to hidden jug and the then to base of a right-facing flake (out of sight from ground). Place hand to fist-size gear in a short flake, then 2 more bolts on the face lead to an anchor on ledge at ~ 95'.

Location

This is the next route past the Mongoose area (heading climbers' left). Locate the northeast-facing arete on the left side of a small wall.

Protection

Bolts and 1 or 2 hand/fist-size cams for the flake.
