Description

The first of three routes on the newly cleaned slab above the water. This is an absolutely fantastic route and a must-do for the area. The position above the river is unbeatable. If only it went on for 10-more pitches!

Location

Look climbers right past all of the other climbs at Waka Beach. The slab above the water is a new wall called the "Sunset Slab."

Perhaps "Sunset Slab" could be added as a sub-area under "Elwha River" to clearly separate the routes?
If you need help moving the routes, let me know. Jun 28, 2018 · Temporary Report

Hey, John, sounds like a good idea, but I would prefer Sunset Slab to be a sub-area of Waka Beach, as it's a wall in the general area. I didn't see a way to do that though. I sent you a message through Mt Project but didn't get a reply. Jul 6, 2018 · Temporary Report

Hi Scott,
Sorry for the delay.
On Mt. Proj., one cannot mix sub-areas and routes under the same area. So, if Sunset Slab is under Waka Beach, then we need a name for the rest of the area. For example, it could be Waka Beach == Waka Main Wall + Sunset Slab. Jul 14, 2018 · Temporary Report
