This is actually the second pitch of Goat's Head Soup. From the anchor, climb up onto the ridgeline, then up a series of corners to the chains. The climbing isn't hard, but it has a great feeling of exposure high off the ground. A 35m rope will just make it back to the ground on rappel, but I wouldn't try linking the two pitches and belaying from the ground. There are many mid-point rappel anchors to chose from if you are rapping with a shorter rope.
