One of the first things anyone notices when they turn that final agonizing corner up the dam and face the mountain is a massive black split between two of the largest boulders in sight. Think of it as the Big Grunt of Lake Ramona.


Top of the hill.
The anchor is easily accessible by walking around back and stemming between the boulders. Some may choose to have a belay for setting up the anchor.
