Description

Long and sustained face climbing recently cleaned. Crux comes down low but is followed by alot of techy climbing above. The climb is sustained but with good rests. The upper section has a crack that can be supplement with cams if desired. Although it is not necessary. This is a really fun climb.

Protection

13 bolts. A cam or two if you really want to sow it up. 0.5”-1”.

[Hide Comment] Really fun sustained climbing. It is generously retro bolted (guidebook has it as trad with only a few bolts) aside from the fishing stretch where it's a bit run out through a crack system. Its way up there with plenty of rope under you so it wouldn't be the worst whipper, but there are easy placements for a couple of cams 1" and under if you're not feeling bold. Also there were still some of the original bolts up there so if you clip them also you may run out of draws. Sep 9, 2023

[Hide Comment] Has always been one of my favorite Leavy routes. Been coming up to this crag for years for a couple of these long classics. A great long climb on fantastic rock. You can place a couple cams if you want to sew it up towards the top but it’s not necessary. Used to be a mixed climb but has been retrobolted. Jan 13, 2024
