Description

You’ll need to be a competent climber to pull off an onsight of this route.    Starts with some tough pulls through the first 2 bolts then remains pumpy through the bulge before it breaks into easy terrain below the anchors.  

Location

The middle route of the three Alcove climbs, staying left of the black streak and starting right of the cave.

Protection

7 Stainless bolts, chains with steel biners

[Hide Comment] I thought this route (Competence) felt 11d, while the route to the left (Continence) felt 12a. All 3 routes are great, and in a nice secluded area. Jul 11, 2018
