Description
This is a contrivance, and so is most of climbing. The name refers to the USA Climbing competition rules about black and red tape demarcating on/off areas of the climbing wall.
The crack that splits the Duck Roof is black tape, so the whole pedestal feature is OFF. Also, the big jugs along the face (the duck hold, etc.) are also OFF.
Start on the flat undercling block, and climb left out the compression feature.
This line climbs incredibly well if you can handle the rules.
