Description Suggest change

One of the best face-climbs in Frey. Climbs the same face as Del Frente, first near the right-side arete, then crossing over to the left-side arete. We did this in three pitches, but probably it could be done in two. The first pitch was the shortest, maybe 5.9, the second pitch was around 10a, and finished at the fixed belay where the route crosses Del Frente. The last pitch was the crux and was long (maybe 50 meters or so). A 30-meter rappel gets you down the backside.

Location Suggest change

Starts to the right of Del Frente, climbing a small roof past a few bolts and then onto the face near the right-side arete. The route crosses Del Frente near the middle of the face and then continues up a long, technical face pitch near the left-side arete.

Protection Suggest change

There are some bolts but definitely take a full rack with nuts and small-to-mid sized cams and plenty of long runners. .
