Access Issue: Access trail crosses a private ranch Details

For being short this route is pumpy!  It starts with some slabby and sloppy section.  At the second to third bolt, there is the first tricky crux moving right up to a jug and ledge.  The route will follow some side pull crack to the top.  There is a redpoint crux from the 5th to 7th bolt.

First bolted route from right to left.

Bolts and two bolt anchors with carabiners.
