Description

Follow the slabby low angle diagonal crack up to the top avoiding the various small plants and lizards that call it home. When your feet get to the horizontal crack, traverse to the right to the anchors for Broken Hearted and lower off from there.

Location

Start at the bush between Uppercut and Broken Hearted.

Protection

Medium cams?

Notes

Useful for rigging a toprope on Name Unknown, which shares the same anchors with this and Broken Hearted.

I climbed this years ago because it seemed like the most expedient method for getting a toprope up and don't remember much else about it other than it exists. I'll repeat it next time I'm in JTree and update the grade and pro information. I doubt I'm the first to climb this line but I didn't see it in the guidebook that I have so I'm calling it Bushy Crack for now, because there's a bush at the bottom of the crack.
