This beautiful route builds to a heart-breaking finale. There is a mandatory pull on a mono (right hand), and a left-hand gaston that bites your left index finger (tape!).

Start up easy tufas, going left, then right, then left, then back right to a hole with jugs; feels about 7a to this point. Rest up here. Move up the tufa blade, then make a boulder problem (crux) to gain a roof. Undercling right to a good crack-jug; the steepness and lack of feet here prevent this from being super restful. Finish up crimpy sidepulls on a tufa (second crux) to a heinous clip for the anchor (hint: heel hook out left to clip).

Right of Crisis, name painted on the rock.

Bolts; clip-in style anchor.
