Description Suggest change

Essentially a variation of L'Abbatoir 7a+, Helicoptere is at the same time unbelievably good and completely normal for Fontainebleau. Start on the pillar on the left side. Use technical feet, and work your way up to the left to a good hold. Throw out right and catch the great hold, and swing across. If you fall, it may be reminiscent of a helicopter, spinning, from 12 feet.

Ideally, there would be Font grades in here. As it is, I am forced to use the v-scale. In French grade, it is 7a.

Location Suggest change

You will likely need a guidebook with a good map. Alternatively, you could hazard your way there with Bleau.info. Personally, I think the 7+8 guidebook is the most beautiful guide I've ever seen, and the Jingo Wobbly guidebook is the easiest to use.

Make your way to Bas Cuvier. Work back to the Abbatoir/Carnage/Corto Maltese area. Helicoptere is on the left side of the wall that holds Carnage.

Protection Suggest change

2-3 pads would be best, since the fall zone is large.
