Scramble up some easy terrain to the actual tower. Climb up and right to a little roof and a rotten wide crack.  Work up and left to a thin crack then up to some bolts.  Continue up to a two bolt anchor just below the summit.

Location Suggest change

Hike to the notch between Cerro del Perro and Hair of the Dog Spire, then traverse along the south side of the tower 4th or easy 5th to a little ledge on the SE side.  This is where we  belayed.
