This is a 25 foot waterfall formed by a dam on Cedar creek. It has to be cold for it to become solid but when it's fat it's a lot of fun. There's a couple lines possible on both sides of the falls while the middle is usually thin or flowing. Beautiful blue bulges form along the rock on the left side.
This place is a little hidden. Easiest approach is to park next to the creek along Colombia road between cedarburg and Grafton and walk on the ice a quarter mile downstream to the top of the falls
Be very cautious if you belay from below the falls and make sure ice conditions are good. It may be best to belay from above and lower the climber to the base. Trees are available for anchors on the left edge otherwise belay sitting on the river off screws.
