2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Crux is down low and not protectable. Must be solid at grade. R rating is due to the first 15-20ft

Location

Route is just to the right of the 5.3 Scamp. It's the crack between Scamp and Carne Asada
