Description

first pitch 5.9 (approx. 150 ft)
pitch-2 (5.8+) w/ 5.10a+ crux through well protected over-hang move if you climb (contour left) with bolts above you. A fun 5.10c- crux if you approach the two bolts at the over-hang straight on. Can be a fun air show!!!
The Hang Ten Belay is located on top the over hang. (approx. 100 ft)
3rd pitch (approx 200 ft) 5.8 slab to the summit register and rappel.

Location

Look for a bolt line starting from lowest point of trail at the foot of McKinley Rock, between Testosterone Monkey and Wipe Out.

Protection

pitch 1 is just under 150 ft with 14 bolts.
bolts average 10 ft.
Belays do not have chains, yet.
Rappel Chains down south face located at summit register with 3 rappels (approx. 95 ft each). Or, a single 100 ft rappel down backside from register with a steep scramble around to base of the rock.
First 30 ft of pitch-1 can be a little mossy where it is in the tree shade. Not a problem once rock has dried. Other than that the rock is very coarse textured providing for better than average footing.
