Ascend the first dihedral using the crack on the left face to a ledge halfway up. Mantle onto the ledge and continue in the corner pulling a small roof with many cracks at the top. Belay with gear, walk off descent- left goes all the way to the wash with a short section of 4th class, right and up goes to the top of the Chuckwalla Couloir and is 3rd class down this.

The first dihedral on the left end of Shark Fin Wall closest to the wash.

Stoppers, cams up to 3".

[Hide Comment] I opted for a rappel descent versus an unknown walkoff. At the top there are chains about 10 ft to the left. I had no problem getting down on a 70 meter and think a 60 meter wouldn’t be a problem. Great route with some decent hand jams which in my opinion made it a 5.7 but good for a beginner leader either way as it’s well protected. I saw tarantulas and Chuck Walla’s while climbing! [Hide Comment] Tougher than 5.6 for sure. I'd give it a 5.7+. Fun route. Chains are still there. We rapped the route easy w/ a 60m rope. Jan 21, 2021
