KNOW you are permitted to be on land before scouting out and climbing on a wall. Please follow any instructions given by landowners. An updated Plat Book will list property owners if you want to find new rock or gain permission and cannot find it on Mountain Project.
There is a roadside parking area next to a small 4.5 acre lake, park there and walk north across the highway. Parking is NOT permitted in the looped driveway or fields west of the lake. Stick to the walls and boulders on the ridgeline North of US41 and the powerlines. If you would like to add routes or anchors, clean routes, trim branches, etc please contact dhanson87@gmail.com before doing any major alterations.
Start Variations
Couple options on start, mostly for additional options when the original start is too wet. Straight variation is the most difficult.
Official route: step on on wet moss ledge, there are a couple high points to avoid too much moisture. Move left and up and follow the nature flow of cracks.
Straight variation. Start on the face to the left of the crack, once on continue up normal line.
Left Variation. start far left on giant flake and right side of the first stair. Once off the ground tr4averse right to line and continue as normal.
