Description

"The Monument" is Piru creeks most difficult climb so far, on some of the most solid rock around. Its a sit start inside the small cave of the boulder. Start crossed on two crimps right next to each other, and then traverse right around the boulder starting until on the complete other side, where you're on a thin slab face, and have to make a big move to the lip. From start to finnish this climb is brutal. Crux is probably falling into the arĂȘte before the slab.

Still unrepeated, someone should come try it

Location

In the Main area of the Conglomerate boulders. Right next to "heel huckin" and the long over hung boulder.
