Description

Start in the slot just right of Alt Left's pitch one hand crack, ascend ledge systems that rise to the right to a large ledge with a bolted anchor below the aréte. Follow the hand crack right of the arete with occasional wide sections. Undercling the roof, and traverse ledge to a bolted anchor.

Rappel route (two 60m rope are required) or summit in two pitches of loose Fourth Class, and descend the south face with a short downclimb and one single rope rappel to a saddle. (See Alt Left's descent description.)

Protection

Wires, double cams to 4". There are two bolt anchors/rappel stations at the belay ledges.
