From the ground just left of the arête edge, follow a crack system heading right for the prominent bulge on the arête. Continuing on cracks, pull past the bulge onto the steep face mid-way up. Now on the arête, work upwards using cracks and face holds to surmount the bulge. Once on the upper face, the angle eases. Use small cracks and edges and head to the top finding a large maple tree to use as an anchor.
