Description

The first half of this climb follows a nice 5.7 crack system and is protected by gear. An intermediate anchor sits atop this portion and many stop here. This makes for a fun trad pitch.

The second half is a bolt protected climb up a steep 5.10 face.

Location

Crack system just left of Blue Valentine and just right of a tree growing out of the bottom of the wall.

Protection

Standard rack of nuts and cams to BD #2. There are two sets of bolted anchors and one can choose to stop after the easier first half or continue to the top.
