Description

A tricky start (just getting off the ground) is followed by easy chimney then easier low angle jamming above. Getting off the ground took me some time to figure out, it turned out the solution was far more simple than I had been trying. Give it a go!

Walk off out right to a lower ledge and rap off Groovy Crack.

Protection

The most important pro would be a spot off the deck, then you could place 2-5" gear.

A couple of BD .2's or .3's are great pro for the bottom of the climb. You may need a boost from your belayer to reach reach the first hold, though mad props if you can get to it without (while carrying trad gear). Jun 25, 2018
