Description

1/2 in fingers, 3 bolts to chains, 35 feet.

Location

Route starts at the bolted crack in the middle of the wall. Rappel or lower off chains.

Protection

3 bolts, chains. DO NOT use "clean" pro in the crack, it will not hold. I took a ~12-15ft ground fall trying to aid it "clean". Ultimately aided solo with pitons, and bolted on lead. There is a single beefy belay bolt at ground level for soloing.

As of now, this crack has seen no ascents. FA up for grabs. 5.11 is a guess, I'll be interested to hear feedback. Jul 23, 2017

Perhaps it needs Mason Earle's barefoot approach. The crack size sounds tough indeed, particularly for foot jamming. Jul 23, 2017

Rees, no it has not. Not to my knowledge. Good luck though, that crack is tiny and smooth as #%$&. Really, I just used it for aid practice. Oct 8, 2018
