FA: Steve Bechtel
Wyoming > Lander Area > Sinks Canyon > Shady Side > Heavy Metal Rock Band

Description

The Amp that Goes to 11 - Good pockets with fun moment and monos, leading to steeper but crumbly rock above.

Location

Right of Spinal Tap, Left of When the Levee Breaks. Lacking a real defining feature its sort of in a "dip" between 2 routes that have bulges at the top.

[Hide Comment] Stellar and sustained climbing leads to a very chossy top, cleaned some of the top by accident. With more traffic this could be a route worth going to the shady side for! Definitely worth doing if you're over here Oct 8, 2017

[Hide Comment] Great route. Not particularly chossy up top anymore, unless you grab the wrong holds! ;) Oct 7, 2020
