DescriptionThis is a short, sustained overhanging route. A bouldery .12a start pulls over a bulge, past the 2nd bolt. Continue up 5.11 moves to below a roof. A big reach over the lip leads to a tricky finish.
When I first saw this line, it already had 3 protection bolts with Goldshut hangers but no anchor. It is possible somebody already climbed it with the widely spaced bolts. I did clean off loose rock, including some huge blocks above the anchor. It is uncertain how they would have finished the route. I have always believed it was an abandoned project & I made the first ascent.
LocationIt is 15 to 20 feet left of Cuervo Gold.
