Description

This route typically gets graded as a sport route because it is mainly a test of endurance.

Start at 'The Fin' and rather than topping out, continue traversing left for the entire span of the roof until you can head inwards towards just right of the start of 'The Bat Cave' and then finish/top out 'The Bat Cave.' Pumpy, good rests, and very fun.

The climb is actually called "Ultramega" (someone had corrected me back when I originally posted the video, but I forgot to update it on Youtube until now). The grade generally gets a sport climbing rating since it's mainly a test of endurance. If I had to pick a crux, I'd say the trickiest section is where you have to move from the edge of the roof into the Batroof V3 start hold. Definitely a worthwhile climb! Apr 24, 2017
