For 2022: per Daniel Bryant: they did extend the order, but what I found was that the closed area does not encompass any of the common climbing areas within Elevenmile Canyon.
This is a new project in between Ground Bound Hounds and Whiskey Sunrise. A very difficult beginning leads to sustained climbing above. Expect this to be in the hard 12+ to easy 13- range when completed.
Update: FA 2018 C.Kane "Whiskey Demise". If you love technical, strenuous and sequential climbing on small sharp crimps and imaginary foot holds this is a 3 star route!

[Hide Comment] Great line. Takes solid gear after bolt four. I used a 0.4 followed by a #2 cam in lieu of the last 3 bolts. A blue Metolius or #8 nut could also be used for additional security.
