Remember to fill out a wilderness permit, even if climbing for the day! Details
Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
DescriptionIf Soul Caliber left you wanting more, do this sit-start. The River Styx adds some bigger, harder moves and spans the entire face of the boulder.
Sit start (butt in the dirt) on a mega-jug flake at the bottom left of the overhanging face. Make a massive move to a tiny, sharp crimp on a black pluton. Hang tight through a quarter-pad crimp and a decent sloper before finishing up on Soul Caliber.
The grade is very tentative.
