RAIN AND WET ROCK The sandstone in Red Rocks is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Details

There is a crux midway up with an awkward body positioning. this may feel better after the route is cleaned up. The headwall is difficult to pull into with a desperate move to get established.

This is the lone sport line on the crag and climbs a very featured crack. The route start is on great huecos.

10 bolts to bolt anchor.

It isnt in any area in the book, but the closest cliff is Sunny and Steep, and anyone interested in doing this route will likely warm-up there first. Apr 5, 2017

I believe this route is in the old Swain book published by Falcon Press. I think this was a Harrison/Van Betten/Locatelli rotue. Apr 6, 2017
