Description
A typical Orient Bay ice flow, except that it faces north and is across the valley from most of the climbs in the area. You've probably seen it as you drove round the bend near the Ice Palace. High up on the bluff, tucked in it's own little alcove. If you do decide to brave the approach (it's not the bad!) you won't be disappointed. There are multiple lines to the top, pick whichever one looks good to you and swing 'em hard.
Location
Park as for Glace Eclatante or April Ice and either cross the river or find your way around to a snowmobile trail. Keep looking left and up for when to cut into the woods. Plenty of ice up there to accommodate for multiple parties.
Protection
Screws for the lead, belay from trees, soak in the view of the sun glinting off of the Ice Palace Routes and Glace across the way. Rap the route and slide down the hill.
