An engaging climb with an exciting finish! A solid WI4 but with a number of good rests as you progress up the steep ice. The pillar at the top offers some fun chimney moves if you stay to the left.

This route is tough to see from the road. If you are driving slowly and looking carefully you can just make out the top third of the route. Drive about a half km past Tempest and look for a flagged trail that leads to Compulsion.

Lead and belay with screws. Rappel from a slung tree 20' up the snowy slope on the left at the top.
