The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start about 20 feet uphill of Never Never Land at a short left-leaning ramp with a nolina growing out of its base. Just above the short ramp are two big flakes/blocks that are barely adhered to the wall.
Climb up and left to the top of the ramp, then climb the smooth face above to the top of the face.
