Climb up to the ledge (hopefully not schwacking through the overgrown plants, like I did), and climb up to the tufa. Get a good rest stemming and chimneying until getting some great exposure climbing out on to the face.
On the lower section there may be some overgrowth from the plants left of the ledge, but it should only be problematic through super easy terrain.
