Description Suggest change

This route climbs the trough and slab immediately left of Double Dip.

Originally an "X" rated lead, the climb was retro bolted by a member of the first ascent party (Bob Gaines) and now has 7 bolts for a relatively safe lead.

Protection Suggest change

7 bolts to 2-bolt anchor at 100 feet.

From the 6th bolt it's hard to see the 7th bolt, but it's up and left about 20 feet higher. From the 7th bolt you can see the anchor.

Rappel/lower 100 feet (30 meters).

To top out: climb past the anchor for about another 30 feet up to a ledge with a crack. Gear anchor 2.5 to 4 inches (130 feet).
