Description
This route climbs the bolted trough and slab immediately to the left of Double Dip.
Originally an "X" rated lead, the climb was retro bolted by a member of the first ascent party (Bob Gaines) and now has seven bolts for a relatively safe lead.
Protection
Seven bolts to two-bolt anchor at 100 feet (30m).
From the sixth bolt you can’t see the seventh bolt, but it's up and left about 20 feet higher. From the seventh bolt you can see the anchor.
Rappel/lower 100 feet (30 meters).
To top out: climb past the anchor for about another 30 feet up to a ledge with a crack. Gear anchor 2.5 to 4 inches (130 feet). Walk off climbers left.
