Description

Obvious bolted offwidth/chimney feature on a very steep wall. Not much actual wide climbing technique is necessary on this unique and quality route.

Location

Middle of the Dog Den, look for the obvious gash.

Protection

6 bolts, anchor.

Really a cool feature! It gets shade for most of the day and is a good place to hide out if it's hot. I'd say the grade is spot on for most climbers, though if you enjoy offwidth moves, you can shorten the crux reach and drop the rating with a few chicken wings at lip of the roof. It gets four stars for uniqueness and quality of movement, and three for how you wished it would go on forever. Oct 15, 2017
