Park at the CCC trailhead and walk 100-200 yards east on the road until you come to a culvert going under the road with a sign on either side of the road. Head left (north) up the drainage. This becomes a faint trail and about halfway up to the top of the bluff you will see this boulder 30 feet off to your right.
