Access Issue: PRECIPITATION AND WET ROCK Details

The sandstone here is easily damaged when wet. Please allow at least 24-48 hours before climbing after any precipitation. If the ground is at all damp, please do not climb on any local sandstone. Consider nearby options on basalt, limestone, granite, or plastic instead.

Description

Pull through crimpy pockets up to roof. Exit out up and left from roof and climb up to midway anchor. Make way up through small slopey holds to top anchor at 95'.

Slabby climbing above midway anchor can be dirty after rain and makes it a bit harder.

Midway anchor breaks up bottom pocket hauling from the top slab climbing and can be used to toprope the lower section.

Fun climb.

Location

Clairvoyance is on the far left of the Sand Dunes area. It's on the 1st Tier (from canyon floor). An obvious bolt line running up from the right side of an alcove.

This pitch is just below the ledge for Kibosch/Closure on 2nd Tier.
