Description

This route requires a 70m rope!This route climbs up the slab to the beautiful vertical face.

Location

This is the second route on the right hand wall upon entering the canyon.

I thought this route was absolutely great; at easy 5.10, it might end up being the best route at grade in the whole canyon. No defined crux that I could find, just fun pulling between big holds the entire way. Sustained at the grade and good rock quality as well. Again, with my 70m rope through the chains, both ends were a few feet off the ground. Same as the route to the left, be cautious if you try this with a 60 and be prepared to down-climb the slab if needed. Sep 5, 2017

HOLDING my comment about length until I confirm that my rope is indeed a 60m...
Probably the easiest route in the area, a better warm up than the 9 to the left. Sep 5, 2017
