Forty-six

5.10c, Sport, 80 ft (24 m),  Avg: 3.1 from 18 votes
FA: Don Cann, Andre Lechner. 2010
International > N America > Canada > British Columbia > Sea to Sky (Squ… > Area 44 > Insite wall

Description

Shares a start with forty-four, but follows the direct line to the top of the wall. Start is tricky and awkward, stay to the right of the bolt-line to keep the grade at 5.10. After the ledge continue straight up through continuously fun, engaging, and pumpy climbing on positive holds.

Location

Tackles the middle of the insite wall, starting between two large, fallen logs.

Protection

10 bolts, tight at the bottom, well spaced at the top where the climbing is pumpy but very secure.

[Hide Comment] Incredibly fun route, one of the best 10c's I've ever done.
Try not to hesitate to much or you are likely to pump out. Just go for it, everything you need is all there!

It's pretty steep too at the harder sections, so the falls should be totally fine. Jun 23, 2024
