Description [Suggest Change]
For the beginning tradster, Boy Cooper is an exciting but adequately protected intro to using gear in diverse features, and for moderate climbers, a nice warm up before getting on Pi or Halcyon. Start off the left end of an obvious large red rock under the branches of one of the grandest pine trees in the Storm Mountain area. Head more or less straight up to a bolt (~40 feet up), and veer slightly left on the best-looking rock to the anchors.
Location [Suggest Change]
About 25 feet left and uphill from the opening bolted arête of Halcyon. Lower from chains.
Protection [Suggest Change]
Single set of nuts and a set of cams from micro to 2”.
