Climb # 17 in the pamphlet guide. Close to 4-stars.

START (photo): About 40-50 feet down and right of the obvious Flake of Surveyor's route and Berliner (and their ladder !)

Climb to the bolt about 6 feet up and continue to the anchor. 110 ft guide pamphlet gives it 5.6 but we thought more like 5.5 to 5.6(-)

Descent - Rap or Lower off the route with a 70 m rope

Draws (about 8 or 9, I think)

Haha no way someone else named a climb Lichen It! I guess now there's a boulder problem and a route: mountainproject.com/v/liche…

It is a good name and fitting for the northeast :) Aug 27, 2016

Yup...and there's lots of "not lichen it" pitches & climbs around the NE. Aug 27, 2016

Good introductory climb to the area. Bolts have been well placed. Great rock - coarse so your climbing shoes stick well. Very enjoyable. Jul 7, 2017
