Description

The route can be climbed a number of ways giving various difficulties. The first crux is at the 6' plate going straight up is a balancing act and crimpy, (difficult for shorter folks) the top has various lines and ranges from low to high 10. As always if you are in the moss you are off route. The first ascencionist got a speeding ticket driving home(and no it was not me this time).

Location

Shares the same shade tree as Eaglet

Protection

9 bolts

Felt like 10+ to me up top my first time, but it might get easier with more laps. Not that any of the moves were so hard, but seemed quite sustained.

I thought another bolt above the blank the section would be nice, between the bolt 2 and bolt 3. Climbing is not hard there once you escape the blank section to the right around the arete, but a little run out.

I gave this a 10+ on the basis of a comparison to Felschlupher, I find it to be pretty similar in difficulty. Could have just as easily downgraded Felsch to 10. May 30, 2017
So the plate is height dependant you will be stretched, you can skirt it to the right. The top is stiffer than I remember so let me know what you think the difficulty is thanks, Walter Jul 2, 2016
