The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start just right of the pod and short right-facing corner that is the line of Three Friends and a Baby.
Climb the face just right of the large pod along some plates (5.8 R) to reach an obvious, grainy, hand crack, which is followed to the summit.
